To be considered for admission to the ABSN Program, candidates must:

• Possess a bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited institution.

• Successfully complete all prerequisite coursework a “C” letter grade or better at an accredited institution.

Applications for admission are accepted 8月10日 through 五月 1 each year. Application materials are to be submitted through  护理CAS. A completed 护理CAS application is required to be considered for admission (a personal statement, 简历/简历, 一封推荐信, report all institution(s) attended on the 护理CAS application and request all transcript(s) be sent directly from the institution(s) to 护理CAS). Applicants who studied outside the U.S. will be required to order a course-by-course foreign credit evaluation report from World Education 服务 (WES) indicating the US degree equivalency for each international institution attended and have it sent directly to 护理CAS.

The annual admission cycle for the ABSN Program is as follows:

• 8月10日 – 护理CAS application becomes available.
• 五月 1 – ABSN Program application deadline.

Applicants must have taken and passed the following courses with a grade of “C” or better:

All applicants submit a personal statement answering the assigned prompt regarding the decision to pursue a nursing careeer. The statement will be evaluated based on structure, grammar and intent.

Prior to beginning the program students are required to complete:

• Required vaccines and submit the immunization form
• Blood Borne Pathogen and HIPAA modules prior to beginning clinical rotations
